These terms govern your use of the Licht app ("the app") developed by hectahertz.
Use of the app
Licht is a camera application for iPhone running iOS 18 or later. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Trial and one-time unlock
New users may activate a 7-day trial. The trial is not a subscription, does not renew, and does not charge you automatically. When it ends, you can choose whether to unlock Licht with a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase.
Apple processes the purchase through the App Store. The price is shown in the app in your local currency and may vary by region. Purchases can be restored with the Apple ID used to buy them. Billing, refunds, and transaction disputes are handled under Apple's App Store terms and policies.
Intellectual property
The app, including its design, code, and brand, is the property of hectahertz. Film, product, and brand names mentioned in the app are trademarks of their respective owners. Licht is not affiliated with or endorsed by any film manufacturer.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. hectahertz is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to lost photos due to device failure or app errors.
Photos
Licht does not claim ownership of or rights over photos you take with the app. You are responsible for how you capture, use, and share them.
App Store
Your use of the app is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
